Employee volunteer time is unpaid but is recorded and acknowledged through an established recognition program. More than half of our employees volunteer hundreds of hours in the community each year by:

• Teaching financial education workshops
• Raising money for cancer research
• Participating in c lean-up events in local communities
• Fundraising for partner organizations
• Working at holiday toy and food drives
• Distributing food to needy families
• Assisting with cultural festivals in the community
