SCE FCU’s Online Bill Payer allows you to pay bills online.  Instead of writing individual checks and mailing them to the companies sending you bills, you can pay those bills easily with SCE FCU’s Online Bill Payer.  You control which bills are paid, the amounts paid and when the money will be deducted from your account.  Setting up bills for payment is quick and easy… and best of all… Bill Payer is FREE!

How Payments are Made

SCE FCU processes the payments you make through Bill Payer in two ways:

1. The first is through electronic funds transfer. Your creditors who are paid in this way receive your payment and payment information (including your account number) through a direct computer link. This payment process takes approximately two (2) business days for a payment to reach its destination.

    

2. The second method of processing payments is through a check, issued in your name to the payee you have designated. These checks include your name and account number. These checks are sent through the mail to the creditor address you have designated through Bill Payer. Because this method involves the U.S. Mail system and cannot be controlled by SCE FCU, your payment may take up to 10 days to reach its destination.  The majority of payments, however, are delivered in five days.
