CUAlerts! allows you to conveniently receive account-related information on your SCE FCU accounts in the form of “Alerts.”  You have the flexibility to customize the types of alerts, the frequency and the device to which Alerts are sent including your email address, text pager, text-enabled cell phone, other mobile text devices or any combination of these options.

You can choose from the following alerts:

• Bill Payer Final Payment Alert when the last payment posts in a recurring payment series

• Share Draft Failed Payment Alert when a draft payment is not successfully posted

• Account Overdraft Alert when there is an overdraft transfer from your account

• Certificate Maturity Alert

• Certificate Renewal Alert

• ACH Overdraft Alert when an electronic (ACH) transaction is not succesfully processed

• ATM Overdraft Alert when an ATM transaction is not successfully processed

• eStatement Selection Change Alert when there is a change in how you receive your account statement

• Contact Information Change Alert

• Loan Application Pending Alert when there is a loan application in process

To register for CU Alerts!, simply log into CU@Home and visit the Preferences section and follow the registration process.
