Kenji Coleman

Kenji has been a Director of SCE FCU for more than twelve years. He also served as a member of the Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee and has experience in safeguarding member assets through his experience as a manager in Edison International’s Audit Services Department.

Kenji brings to the Board 25 years of experience at Southern California Edison in a variety of roles. He is currently Manager of the Project Management group in SCE's Transmission Organization.

Kenji graduated magna cum laude from the University of Redlands, earning his Bachelor of Science degree. He also received an MBA from Cal Poly Pomona and a Certificate in Project Management from UC Irvine. Other accomplishments include serving on the Steering Committee of the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services’ Earthquake Safety Program for five years and on the Board of Businesses for Social Responsibility for two years. Kenji joined the Board of the Asian American Professional Association (AAPA) in 2014 and is also a mentor. He is a past recipient of the Wall Street Journal Business Award (University of Redlands), and graduated in the top 4% of his class at Cal Poly Pomona.

Kenji’s academic knowledge of corporate finance, business management, project management, strategic planning, leadership, emergency preparedness and disaster recovery, and auditing, along with his strong commitment, has contributed to the high level of customer service provided to members of SCE FCU.
