ALERT: Telephone Phishing Scam on Debit Cards

Customers at financial institutions across the country, including some of our members, are receiving calls randomly with a recorded message portrayed as coming from that person’s financial institution. The message advises the person that their debit card has been blocked and requests information such as the debit card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code from the back, etc.
Responding to these requests could result in the theft of your identity. DO NOT provide this information. Legitimate financial institutions will not contact customers/members through these means to verify information – and will NEVER ask you for your card number or PIN.
If you believe your information has been compromised, call us immediately at 800.866.6474 x2830. Outside of business hours, go ahead and report your card as stolen to:
